Mental Health Resources
UB Sports Medicine maintains an approach to mental health that is holistic, making the student-athlete’s overall wellbeing our number one priority. We are dedicated to addressing the unique challenges student-athletes face and will collaborate with clinicians to support an individualized plan that best suits their specific needs and goals. We strive to create a safe and trusting environment where athletes feel comfortable expressing themselves and seeking support without being stigmatized.
