COLCHESTER, Vt. – Playing a second road contest this week, the University of Bridgeport's men's lacrosse team (1-3) was defeated at Saint Michael's College on Sunday by score of 17-2.
Stephen Trama and Ashton Lankowski supplied UB's two goals on the day—both of which came in the third quarter. These two are both tied for second on the team in points this season with six.
Matthew Levantini, meanwhile, led Bridgeport with a career-high eight ground balls.
On the defensive front, Brian Wolfe and Ryan Thomas each led the Purple Knights with a pair of caused turnovers.
Goalkeeper Casey Dmochowski finished with 14 saves in the loss. He is currently ranked second in the CACC in stops per game (15.0) this season.
