Bio
Corinne Sadinsky has served as an Assistant Athletic Trainer at the University of Bridgeport since August 2024. She graduated from Southern Connecticut State University in the Spring of 2024. Corinne will be working with Bridgeport’s volleyball, women's basketball and softball teams.
Prior to UB, Corinne completed clinical rotations at Yale University, Albertus Magnus College, Hamden Hall, and Ronai Physical Therapy and Sports Medicine. During each clinical rotation, she had the chance to work hands on with different athletic teams, learning how to treat sport-specific injuries, and returning the athletes to participation in their sport. Corinne has also worked as a personal trainer for the past two years. She has a love for weightlifting and incorporating strength training into her athletes’ care plans.
Over the last three years, Corinne has competed in four different powerlifting competitions where she has won for her age and weight class in each one. She spends most of her time at the gym where she trains her clients and completes her own workouts. When Corinne is not at the gym, she is often taking her husky for walks/hikes as well as reading.
Corinne hopes to have a positive impact on all the athletes she works with. She wants to help them in improving their sports abilities, gain confidence in themselves as an individual and as an athlete, and foster a safe space for her athletes to come to her when they need help with anything.
