207 Purple Knights Recognized on CACC's Fall 2024 Academic Honor Roll

FULL UB CACC ACADEMIC HONOR ROLL

BRIDGEPORT, Conn. – Following another superb semester in the classroom, 207 student-athletes from the University of Bridgeport have been slotted on the CACC's Academic Honor Roll for fall 2024. Both UB's total number and percentage of honorees signifies their highest marks since joining the conference.

The 207 Purple Knights denotes approximately 77.8% percent of UB's total student-athlete population (CACC sponsored). Bridgeport's baseball squad led the way with 38 selections while women's soccer boasted the most 4.0 GPAs with 11.

In addition to the totality of student-athletes honored, the CACC Academic Honor Roll is separated into three distinctions based on individual grade-point average:

UB had 35 student-athletes tally perfect 4.0 GPAs (FAR Award of Distinction), 103 earn Presidents' Level status (3.5-3.99 GPA) and 69 obtain Commissioner's Level honors (3.0-3.49 GPA).

Overall, 2,255 student-athletes from the CACC were recognized on the conference's Academic Honor Roll for fall 2024.

*The CACC Academic Honor Roll recognizes student-athletes at the conference's 12 member schools who earned a GPA of 3.0 or higher during a semester. Student-athletes who reach the minimum GPA threshold each semester, and are listed on the institution's official squad list for their respective sport, will earn CACC Academic Honor Roll status.
