Springfield, Mass.-Two goals in the final fifteen minutes of the match lifted the University of Bridgeport women's soccer team to a 2-0 road win over the host American International College Yellow in UB's final non-conference tilt of the season on Thursday night. Graduate student Andrea Basilicato (Guilford, Conn.) gave Bridgeport some breathing room when she found the back of the net for the fourth time in 2021 just over five minutes later.
UB freshman goalkeeper Clara Karlsson (Umea, Sweden) made one save to notch her fourth clean sheet of the season.
