Women's Soccer Moves Up To Number 19 In The Nation In NSCAA/Continental Tire Division II Poll

Bridgeport, Conn.-The 2013 East Coast Conference Champion University of Bridgeport women's soccer team, under the direction of head coach Magnus Nilerud, has moved up four spots in this week's NSCAA/Continental Tire NCAA Division II Women's Soccer National Poll to number 19 in the nation from number 23 last week.

The Purple Knights, who are currently 17-2-0 on the season, open play in the 2013 NCAA Division II National Championship Tournament this Friday, November 15 at 1:00 p.m. in Springfield, Massachusetts on the campus of American International College versus Caldwell College.  UB is the number three seed in the East Region, and Caldwell is the number six seed.  Friday's winner will number two seed AIC on Sunday.
