Turnovers And Cold Shooting Plague UB
Oakdale, N.Y.-Turnovers and cold-shooting proved too much to overcome for the University of Bridgeport women's basketball team, as the Purple Knights fell, 70-36, to the host Dowling College Golden Lions in the 2013-14 East Coast Conference opener for both teams Saturday afternoon on Long Island. Kamille Ejeta led four Dowling players in double-digit scoring with a game-high 15 points.
