Men's Indoor Track and Field Travels to BU's David Hemery Valentine Invitational

BOSTON, Mass. – Taking on one of the best and largest fields of the season, the University of Bridgeport's men's indoor track and field team competed in Boston University's David Hemery Valentine Invitational on Saturday.
Freshman Damian Coles led the way by breaking a pair of program records in just his fourth indoor collegiate meet. He began the day with a mark of 52.67 in the 400-meter before rattling off a time 23.22 in the 200-meter.
It was another trio of rookies who also performed well for UB in Beantown. John Panzera placed fifth in the high jump with a height of 1.86 meters while Nick Migliarese dashed to a time of 10.21 in the 60-hurdles.
Freshman Tayshaun Bookal also raced for the Purple and White on Saturday, sprinting to a time of 7.77 in the 60-yard dash.
