BRIDGEPORT, Conn. – Despite trailing for most of the afternoon, the University of Bridgeport's men's basketball team tallied a 78-74 win over Georgian Court on Saturday. The Senior Day triumph marks the 10th victory for the Purple Knights this season—eight of which have come at home.
Quick Synopsis

The Purple Knights ultimately took their second lead of the game—the first since 4-2—with 13:24 remaining. It was a three-pointer from freshman Jaden Palmer, just his second of the season, that gave UB the edge.
It was then back-to-back three-balls from Jayden Iturmendi that sparked the Purple Knights. His second from long range lifted UB to a 76-73 lead with less than two minutes left.
GCU ended up missing its final four shots of the game while Nick Traill knocked in a pair of clutch free throws to go up 78-74 with 14 seconds left.
