Purple Knights Sit Atop First NCAA Division II Men's Basketball Regional Rankings Of The Season
UB Enters This Week's Play At 20-2 Overall
Indianapolis, Indiana-The University of Bridgeport men's basketball team checks in at number one in the first NCAA Division II East Regional rankings of the 2019-20 season.
There will be a total of three regional rankings including this week released each Wednesday afternoon to help determine the eight teams that will advance to this year's NCAA East Regional Championship.
UB enters this week's play, games at New York Tech tonight and at Molloy on Saturday, with a 20-2 overall record and a 12-0 East Coast Conference mark.
