Justin Nyarady And Justin Hafele Combine To Quiet Potent Panthers' Offense
Bridgeport, Conn.-The University of Bridgeport baseball team plated two unearned runs in the bottom of the fourth inning and used outstanding pitching from starter, junior Justin Nyarady (Trumbull, Conn.) and reliever Justin Hafele (Sr., Shelton, Conn.) to defeat the visiting Adelphi University panther, 2-1, in the Purple Knights 2022 home opener on Monday afternoon in Seaside Park. With the win, the Purple Knights move to 4-8 on the season. The Panthers are now 5-3 overall.
