Bridgeport Moves To 3-1 in CACC Play With Tuesday's Victory
Bridgeport, Conn.-Twin sisters Danielle Kreitler (Grad., Shelton, Conn.) and Megan Kreitler (Grad., Shelton, Conn.) etched their names throughout the University of Bridgeport women's lacrosse record book in the Purple Knights' 17-5 Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference win over Felician University on Tuesday afternoon at Knights Field.
Megan became just the fifth player in program history to reach the 100-career goal plateau when she found the back of the net with 24 seconds to play in the first quarter. She would finish the afternoon with a game-high five goals and add one assist for a six-point day.
