UB Women's Gymnastics Team To Be Honored By Bridgeport City Council

Bridgeport, Conn.-In what has become a yearly tradition in the Park City, the Bridgeport City Council on Monday, April 20 will honor the 2015 University of Bridgeport women's gymnastics team which won its seventh straight ECAC Division II Team Title and took second place at this year's USA Gymnastics Collegiate Team National Championship on Saturday, April 11th.  The Purple Knights have won six of the last seven USAG Team Titles.

The team will be recognized by the City Council with a special citations prior to its regularly scheduled meeting at 7:00  p.m. in the City Council Chambers located at 45 Lyon Terrace in Bridgeport.
