Senior Kaira Ramon (Stamford, Conn.) had five hits in the two games on Sunday to give her 206 for her stellar Bridgeport career.
The Purple Knights game-winning rally was sparked by a lead-off double by sophomore Grace Derita (Middletown, Conn.), and junior Meg McFarland (Monroe, Conn.) drove home the go-ahead runs in the seventh on a two-base hit to give her three runs batted in game two.
Kaite Burawski picked up the win in relief in game two to move her season record to 19-5, as she pitched four innings, allowing only an unearned run on one hit with two more strikeouts and two walks.
