West Babylon, N.Y.-University of Bridgeport men's basketball standout Bakary Camara (Sr., Harlem, N.Y.) has been named Co-East Coast Conference Player of the Week, along with Osabel Carballo of St. Thomas Aquinas College, for his outstanding play in games that took place from December 30, 2019 through January 5, 2020.
Camara closed out 2019 in fine style, scoring a career-high 25 points to lead the Purple Knights to a 95-86 over regional power Dominican on December 30.
