Tampa. Fla.-The UB baseball team split two games in Florida on Friday defeating Bentley, 7-4, and falling to Stonehill, 5-3. The Purple Knights are now 2-6 on the season.
Against Bentley, UB rallied from a 4-2 deficit to take the victory, as sophomore Ray Kreiger (Derby, Conn.) got the win and freshman PJ Martino (Medford, N.Y.) recorded his first collegiate save.
On Saturday, the Purple Knights will face Stonehill and Bentley again.
