Newark, Del.-Junior Maegen Doyle (Harwich, England) scored three of her teams four second half goals to help lift the University of Bridgeport women's soccer team to a 4-0 non-conference road win over the host Wilmington (Del.) University Wildcats in the First State on Columbus Day afternoon. The Purple Knights, who are now unbeaten in five matches in a row and winners of three consecutive outings, are now 7-3-1 overall. The Wildcats fall to 6-8-0 so far in 2018.
Doyle's three goals on Monday give her a team best 10 so far this season.

Bridgeport dominated the run off play all afternoon on Monday, as UB outshot the hosts by a 19-5 margin.
Senior goalkeeper Jennifer Wendelius (Lidingo, Sweden) posted her second straight shutout and fourth clean sheet of the season in Monday's victory.
