Four UB Women’s Gymnasts Take Part in 2018 NCAA Regional
Purple Knights Competing in NCAA Regional Meet Finishing With Fine Performances

University Park, Pa.- The four members of the University of Bridgeport women's gymnastics team that took part in the NCAA Regional meet hosted by Penn State, on Saturday each turned in fine performances.
Senior Kelsey Campbell (Las Vegas, Nev.) competing in the all-around for the Purple Knights taking part on the vault, the balance beam, uneven bars and floor exercise. Campbell posted a score of 9.625 on the vault, a 9.600 on the balance beam, a 9.600 on the uneven bars and a 9.050 on the floor exercise. Campbell placed 15th in the all-around with a combined score of 37.875.
Sophomore Maya Reimers (New York, N.Y.) competed in her second NCAA Regional meet today scoring a 9.800 in the floor exercise. Teammate, freshman Kathryn Doran (Oakville,ON) competed on the beam for the Purple Knights and finished with a score of 9.675. Rounding out the quad is Senior Kelli Tereshko (Madison, Indiana) on the uneven bars with a score of 9.675.
The University of Bridgeport Women's gymnastics team will close out its 2018 season next weekend at this season's USAG National Championship Meet hosted by Texas Women's University in Denton, Texas.
